Steve Trumbly - MY HOMES are largely called "European Farmhouses" because I designed, drawn and built them at great Time and Expense to realistically look as though they had been added on or the Carriage House joined from a generation past...When you change the Roof Design, TEXTURE or THICKNESS of the Roofing Materials, you Destroy 50% of the CHARACTER VALUE of the home as well as lowering the value of the home by many times more than the "Flavor Of The Day Roof" you might unfortunately install.
